| Backward traceability from freezing facility to the juvenile stage: |
| Prawn processed at our freezing facility comes from our own or certified farms with complete log of pond numbers, stocking details, survival etc. Our QC accepts the material only after it undergoes the microbiological & antibiotic tests. |

| Our Probiotic farms are stocked with seeds (juvenile) produced at our own hatchery maintaining records of tank & batch numbers. At our Probiotic hatchery we are further recording the protocol of brood stock tagging and batch wise stocking. |

| All of the above is achieved by procuring the raw materials from sources certified by our stringent QC norms. |

| Forward traceability up to the consumer: |
| All products frozen at our plant are given unique batch numbers linked with the backward traceability and can be tracked all the way to the shelf of the retail store. This batch number allows us to keep a track of suppliers, process date, quality results, analysis of the inspection etc. Aqua Alliance guarantees traceability through a comprehensive log of 'source to stores'. |
